Elastochem make Polyurethane Chute Liners are formulated with the materials haveing low coefficient of friction to facillitate the non-sticking and non-chocking of moist fines.The fixing ooptions include bolting down ,weldable plug with protective cap, stud weld with protective cap and direct welding option incertain specific installations.
Elastochem make Polyurethane Liners are suited for handling high to medium impact with combination of wear resistant properities to extend the performance life of feed hoppers and chutes handling bulk materials of different minerals like iron ore, coal, coke grave, bauxite and alumina of sizes up to 350 MM, and available in various thickness and fixing options.
Cerathane Liners are ceramic impregnated Elastomeric liners designed to handle high impact and excellent sliding property. The ceramic impregnation is done with high alumina ceramic blocks of hexagonal and square shape to ensure proper interlocking unlike the cylindrical blocks. Cerathane liners are also heat resistant in nature as compared to conventional liners. Cerathane liners 500 MM X 500 MM and 250 MM X 500 MM with wide options of thickness and on ceramic and polymer backing and by default the liners are having metal backing of 5MM thick.
